Effective 1/1/2009 - For every missed appointment or any appointment not cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged $35.00.
We have patients that are waiting for an appointment, and when someone neglects to cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance, this does not give our staff time to use these appointments.
Please be mindful of this as you schedule your next appointment.
